Listings decay without confirmation: reminders at 14 days, ranking penalties at 21, automatic unlisting at 45. Stale inventory — the plague of rental portals — is systematically removed.

Fair search, disclosed promotions

Promoted listings are labelled FEATURED and hard-capped (max 2 per page; boosts capped at 10% of ranking score). Money cannot buy the top of every search.
