Platform role

StayLocal is a discovery platform and intermediary — not a broker, estate agent, landlord, property manager, or party to any tenancy, licence, or brokerage arrangement between users. We do not negotiate, collect, or hold rent, deposits, or brokerage between users, and no communication from us should be read as doing so.

Listing information

Listing information is provided by listers. Despite pre-publication human review, OTP contact verification, duplicate detection, and availability enforcement, we cannot and do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, legality, title, quality, safety, or actual availability of any property. Market conditions change; photographs may predate your visit.

Verification badges

"Verified" indicates the specific checks described in the Verification Process were performed at a point in time. It is not a title search, structural survey, legality certificate, or endorsement of any property or person.

No professional advice

Nothing on the Platform — including policy pages, safety guidance, AI-generated search interpretations, or pricing data — constitutes legal, financial, investment, or real-estate advice. Rental agreements are between you and your counterparty; obtain independent advice before committing.

AI-assisted features

Natural-language search is interpreted by automated systems that are probabilistic and may misread intent; results are a starting point, not a recommendation. Distances and map positions are approximate.

Third-party services and links

Embedded maps, analytics, advertising, and payment services are provided by third parties under their own terms; we are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Links to external sites are not endorsements.

Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spacelinkers disclaims all warranties, express or implied, and all liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Platform or dealings between users — subject always to the non-excludable protections of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the liability cap in Terms §16.
